FAQ (Frequenty Asked questions
1) Is this just a website, or the full show system?
It’s the full system. ACS/OCS is a bumper-to-bumper car show management platform—website + registration + day-of tools + reporting + (package-based) judging tools and training.
2) How fast can we go live after we sign?
Once your agreement is signed, invoice is paid, your payment portal is connected, and your onboarding form is completed, we typically go live within 2 weeks.
3) Do you handle online registration and payments?
Yes. Online registration and payment tools are built into every package—choose the package level that matches your show size and needs.
4) Can we still take cash/check at the gate?
Yes. We support walk-ups, cash/check workflows, and fast day-of check-in. Your Liaison Coach will help train your team and set the process.
5) Do you take a percentage of our registrations or sponsor revenue?
No. We do not take a percentage of your registration, sponsor, vendor, or merch revenue.
6) Do you provide waivers and release forms?
Yes. We provide a waiver/release for your registration page and walk-up process.
7) How does check-in work (dash cards, walk-ups, fast lane)?
Your team enters the vehicle quickly, prints a dash card, and keeps traffic moving. Walk-ups use a simple form + fast entry screen (package dependent).
8) Do you offer QR judging and People’s Choice voting?
Yes—depending on package. Our tools support clean judging workflow, placements, and People’s Choice voting options.
9) Can we cap registrations (example: 300 vehicles)?
Yes. We can set a cap and automatically close registration when you hit your limit.
10) What’s included vs. what costs extra (edits/changes)?
Your initial build includes proofing and go-live. After approval, additional edits are billed at $90/hour. (Later years may include limited edit hours—see package details.)
